Our team consists currently of three licensed agents Sean Blais, Liza Lapham, and Raj Sachdeva. The three of us combined have over 45 years in the real estate and residential relocation industries. Liza and Sean are both MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designations and have experience working with the unique challenges and quick turn times associated with military relocations. We are also experienced working with VA loans and have well versed lenders we can recommend as well. Sean has obtained his Associate Brokers license and is currently licensed in MD, DC, and VA. Liza has her home staging certification and is licensed in MD, and VA. Raj is licensed in MD but speaks fluent Hindi and Punjabi.
